1.Product Introduction

• This product is a customized solution designed for controlling the temperature of the adhesive liquid in the gluing robot. It is used to heat or cool the adhesive or sealing materials to achieve the optimal application conditions.   
• This product uses high-performance semiconductor cooling plates to heat or cool the coated  medium,thereby ensuring that the coated medium is used within the set temperature range.
• The cooling medium is mainly PVC glue used for vehicle painting. If it is needed to control the  temperature of other media, it is necessary to communicate with the manufacturer of the condenser  ​​ in advance for confirmation.

2.Product features

• The refrigeration and heating module is powered by a 24VDC direct current supply.
• The initial current is approximately 30A, and the stable current is approximately 24A.
• Maximum cooling capacity: 500W (ΔT = 0, Ta = 27℃), maximum heating capacity: approximately 1000W. Operating temperature range: -20 to 60℃
• The module and the control box are connected by dedicated cables and heavy-duty connectors. The length of the cables is configured according to the on-site requirements.
• Each module is equipped with 3 temperature probes (PT100), which respectively monitor the temperatures of the incoming and outgoing glue fluid as well as the temperature of the heat exchanger.
• The maximum operating pressure of the heat exchange system is 35 Mpa.
• The air enters from the top on both sides and exits from the outlets at both ends. During installation, ensure that the inlet and outlet are unobstructed.
